Bill Hurley Tuna Bombs are the perfect sandeel imitation when casting and jigging for tunas. They also work as a trolling lure. The 9" "Rat Tail" soft plastic is made from sand eel oil, and the jighead is made with a 4XXXX Strong Gamakatsu hook for handling large fish. If you're targeting tuna on spinning rods, or other hard fighting fish that require a strong hook, this is an excellent lure.
